Paratphed va itar ekaankikaa is a collection of translations of Mallikarjun Patil’s five plays from Kannada into Marathi. A.R. Yardi has translated the plays beautifully. Creative Publication, (Nanded) has published the book in 2019.

I translated 30 folk stories, while all of my colleagues translated 20 of them in the UPE project 2012-2017 from Arts Faculty, Karnatak University, Dharwad. Important Awards, Honours and Achievements

  • Oxford Grant for attending Summer Course in English Literature 2001.
  • Rock Pebbles National Literary Award with Rs 11,111/- at Jayadeva Bhavan, Bhubaneswar on 22nd Feb 2015. The Chief Guest was Padmabhushan Ramakant Rath.
